We are dedicated to ensuring creators using our soundtracking platform can freely manifest their vision, unconstrained by limitations or the risk of content restriction and monetization challenges. Through active engagement in new legislation we aim to continue evolving the music industry, in our way.
We will continue to foster a strong and trusting relationship with our artists and ensure we are the go-to partner for artists who wish to have their music widespread and protected at the same time.
Protection of music
We uphold the trust artists place in us by safeguarding their work, and ensure the music is not used in harmful contexts
Music is at the core of our business and when we acquire music our artists trust us with their creations, and we want to uphold that level of trust. We have gone beyond legal requirements in adding prohibitions to where our music can be used, these can be found in our license terms.
Some examples of type of content our music cannot be used:
- defamatory;
- illegal or inciteful of an illegal act;
- immoral;
- racist;
- hateful.

Engaging in EU Copyright and Related Legal Matter
We participate in questions and topics concerning copyright laws and other related laws in the European Union. We are listed in EU Transparency Register; our registration number is: 404517030338-03.
We do not provide any monetary contributions or other in-kind contributions that is related to political parties or lobbying activities
