STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN - Epidemic Sound announced today that the company has received the certificate Great Place to Work. The certificate is given to companies based on research and analysis through the survey Trust Index. The survey measures 61 statements among employees on how they experience their relationship with the leadership, the company, their colleagues, and how they view their own role and work. It looks into factors known to drive company performance and employee wellbeing; credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

The survey findings show that Epidemic Sound ranks highly for what constitutes a healthy and inclusive workplace, and 84% of employees consider the company to be a great place to work. The results show that the employees experience a workplace culture with high degrees of physical and psychological safety, where employees care for each other, have fun together, feel that they can be themselves independent of demographic variables, and where one is welcomed as a newcomer.

“We have put in a lot of work into building an engaging and sustainable workplace culture and employee experience, and we are thrilled to see this reflected through the Great Place to Work certification. We are particularly happy to see that our employees view Epidemic Sound as an inclusive and psychologically healthy workplace, because we know these are crucial wellbeing factors”, says Jasmin Holländer Pettersson, Director of People Experience at Epidemic Sound.
