Rebecca Mardal releases new 2-track project, "Furthest I've Been from Home"

Stockholm, Sweden, March 24 - Acclaimed guitarist, composer and Johnny Marr mentee Rebecca Mardal is thrilled to announce the release of her new 2-track project, "Furthest I've Been from Home". The project, which is available now on all major streaming platforms, explores themes of adventure, nostalgia, and the search for a safe space.
The two tracks, "Furthest I've Been from Home" and "Safe Space," are inspired by Rebecca's personal journey and her love of J.R.R. Tolkien's "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. "Furthest I've Been from Home" captures the excitement and trepidation of stepping out into the unknown, while "Safe Space" evokes the longing for a place of comfort and familiarity.
"I wrote these tracks as a way to reflect on my own experiences and to connect with others who have felt the same way," says Rebecca. "I hope that listeners will find solace and inspiration in these songs."
